Diabetes treatment
- Eat less to survive, ie eat less.
- Eat dinner two and a half hours before going to bed.
- Make the exercise a routine.
- Take a walk in the morning.
- Reduce the use of sweeteners (try to use natural sweeteners such as honey, dates, other fruits.
- Must eat every seasonal fruit.
- Sugar is poison; however, use “jaggery and sugar” as it contains no chemicals.
- After the age of thirty, replace the sugar with artificial sweetener “Kendal or Medicare sweetener”.
- Use more of a vegetable salad.
- Avoid cold drinks completely.
- Use the fried stuff only for flavor, rather than filling.
- Use grease-free milk and yogurt.
- Use desi ghee or mustard oil.
- Make it a routine to drink eight to ten glasses of water throughout the day.
- Adopt simplicity for a better life.
- Get used to hiking instead of bike for short distances.
Symptoms of diabetes
- Urinating often.
- Feeling very thirsty.
- Feeling very hungry, even though you are eating.
- Extreme fatigue.
- Blurry vision.
- Cuts/bruises that are slow to heal.
- Weight loss, even though you are eating more (type 1).
- Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands, feet (type 2).
Causes type 1 diabetes
This type diabetes occurs when your immune system, the body’s system for fighting infection, attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells of the pancreas.
Type 1 diabetes symptoms
- extreme hunger
- increased thirst
- unintentional weight loss
- frequent urination
- blurry vision
- tiredness
Causes type 2 diabetes
The common form of diabetes is caused by several factors, including lifestyle factors and genes.

- sores that are slow to heal
Type 1 diabetes Treatment
Insulin is the main treatment for type 1 diabetes. It replaces the hormone your body is not able to produce.
There are four types of insulin
- Rapid acting insulin
- Short acting insulin
- Intermediate acting insulin
- Long acting
Type 2 diabetes treatment
Diet and exercise can help some people to manage type 2 diabetes.Remember diabetes is not a disease, it is your life style Change it and avoid having diabetes.
